Ah, my little princess. She is indeed a princess, she is.
NOT the response I was thinking I'd get. :-)
So you guys ARE dressing her up formally every day now, huh? I knew it.
#1: Yay, Pam's back. She can be my friend again.
#2: No, we are NOT dressing her up every day. That was a shot from Sunday. While Corrie was speaking we were in the KV room being silly. Shhh! Don't tell her.
#3: I am sooo not getting the response I hoped for when I was concocting the photo. I was chuckling to myself as I set it up. I was expecting water spewing from your mouth (that is, if you were drinking water) when you saw the shot. Coming from ME. You guys are disappointing me.
spewing.
no, not really. i have two girls, you see.
Aw, now I know what Abby wants for Christmas! A princess book, a princess costume, a pretty little tiara, and a t-shirt that says "Mommy's princess".
That's interesting. I read your blog this morning and didn't know how to comment. I was surprised that Cynthia and J-L were into the "little princess" stuff but then I remembered that sometimes, the principles people hold so dearly can disappear in a second when a child is involved. Glad to see that hasn't changed.
I meant to say, "glad to see that your principles really haven't changed.
Oh, and won't you be lucky lucky when she asks in a couple years to be a princess for Halloween, and you'll say, "How about a Duck?" And she'll say, "NO! A princess."
It will be a precious moment :)
HA! On what Stephanie said... a duck? now THAT would be cute! I know way too many "princesses" these days tho not in my own house. But baby princesses? Way cute...way way cute!
And here I was thinking the princess theme - especially with Abby decked out in red - would go so well with the pink living room you've always dreamt of having! :)
PS. Why is it so fun to tease about hot-topics?
What a doll baby!
