Saw this one on the news last night. I had to turn the channel. It made my shoulders droop and my stomach queasy.
10!? Seriously?! Stealing cars at 10 years old. Wow. How is that even possible? Can they see above the steering wheel at that age?

Yay, Canada! The article doesn't state that the reason for this rating is that world views us as a pansy but at least we're number 1 in something.

Yay, Canada is right. I've got to share that one with my colleagues. When I get back. Am hoping to go to work on Thursday. Will see how I feel.
