All of her own accord our little girl has started saying the prayer before meals. Here's how it goes:
God
Thanks for my feet.
Thanks for my head.
Thanks for my back.
Thanks for family.
friends.
food.
Amen
And every time she says it I could just eat her up. Incidentally, she also says "good supper, Mom" and "thank you, Mom" of her own accord at least 2 or 3 times per meal. I should likely record some of those for her teenage years, hey?

That's a fantastic, heartfelt prayer. What a sweetheart.
It is so cool that she does all that! What a sweetie! I think that if she appreciates your food now, she will as a teenager too.
